This dataset consists of GIS data layers used to compose a 3D model of buildings in Manhattan compiled by a student at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Source layers include data from New York City Dept. of City Planning and New York City Map. Layers include a CAD model of New York buildings, an aerial view and orthophoto of lower Manhattan, a bald earth Digital Elevation Model (DEM) of lower Manhattan at 5 m. resolution, an engineering DEM of lower Manhattan at 1 m. resolution, and vector files for Manhattan building footprints and lower Manhattan building footprints and rooftop prints.
